Fourth day using 20mcg
I was shaking on the first day and had bad sleep for the first two
Not any huge colateral as theyve already gone away
Ima get the dose up to 40mcg on day 7
Not any heart or chest pain but as far as i know under no circumstances you should be using this with any heart condition

0 reason u should use this at 18% it should only be used as the last bit of shred towards the end of a cut when dropping 2% bf with 4 weeks on clen

great idea my clen arrives tomorrow gonna be starting at 40mcg then upping to 80mcg trying to get to 11%
