Clenching jaw lifting going gym raging violent thoughts + test + hgh + carbs . This has to widen and thicken the jaw over time right?

I already have seen a difference from before I hopped on test after a year . But now I’ve added hgh and consciously am clenching my jaw way more now . This in theory should either strengthen and enlarge jaw muscles as well as push my jaw outwards.
