Turks are the closest genetically to:

1 - Greeks (Northern Greeks to be specific).
2 - Northern Syrians (specifically Syrians from Aleppo).
3 - Bulgarians.
4 - Armenians.
5 - Western Balkan populations.
6 - Albanians.
7 - Georgians.

Turks don't have Syrian DNA. it's the opposite. Northern Syrians have Anatolian DNA, that's why Syrians are the whitest Arabs. Northern Syrians cluster more with Turks than to even Central Syrians.
