I get constipated sometimes due to my extreme and out of control kratom consumption. Other than that I don't have any digestive health issues. But if I did, how would I take it? Capsules, tea, eat the dry cloves?

I just had a few so we'll see if something happens. It was really strong though, I had to wash it down with grapefruit juice.

Nah they're regular clover. You know, the ones you use for Christmas, in eggnog etc. Didn't really notice anything.
