I’m curious if a combination of a CNP analog and a fgfr3 inhibitor would further increase fah or if it would just increase sides.

Couldn’t find anything myself so I’m just asking here

would work but voso is weak, transcon unavailable/too expensive if even found, neprilysin inhibs way too weak and would cause hypotension before enough cnp is preserved to make a difference, cgmp analogues that are selective to pkg2 are expensive, the unselective one, aswell cause hypotension before you come to the systemic level threshold to have effectiveness.
