The point of this experiment is to find out whether milk + raw eggs will produce some side effects.

Recipe for cocktail which I am going to drink every day:
1. 300 ml of milk.
2. 2 bananas (to kill the taste of eggs + fast carbs.)
3. 4 raw eggs.
(thanks to https://looksmax.org/members/asdvek.62573/ - he reminded me. cacao will no be used)

By saying raw I mean completely raw, NO PASTEURIZATION, NO BOILING OR ANY OTHER STUFF. Pure eggs from chickens. Those eggs are from verified seller (my relative - has farm). Those eggs are not from market or store.

Milk, on the other hand, will be chosen pasteurized one (albeit I have an access to raw milk, I am little bit afraid of this mix, thus firstly I will check only raw milk, then, maybe in the future I will consider raw milk too).

Bananas will be from store.

As you have notice, I did not say that anything raw is detrimental/beneficial for you. I am neutral right now.

I will take this cocktail for 30 days as my breakfast. Why?
1. First of all, I want to replace it with actual breakfast. Regardless of what I eat, I feel like shit after meal during mornings. Keeping in mind that I am doing highly intelligence-demanding work, I cannot concentrate, feel lousy and sleepy.
2. Time considerations.

---
Some constant that will not change during next 30 days:
1. Working on standing desk.
2. 2-3 meals per day.
3. 3-4 workouts (or maybe more or less) - simply, physically active.
4. walking for 20k + steps daily. (I do not use phone, but 2+ hours of walking, I guess, gives 20k+)
Maybe it is offtopic, nevertheless, I think it should be stated.
1. No social media at all - no insta, not tiktok, no facebook and any other similar shit.
2. No jerking offs. No pornography.
3. No TV.

---
Daily questions:
  1. Do I feel more alert/clear-headed or sleepy/foggy?
  2. Any stomach discomfort, bloating, nausea?
  3. How fast did it digest? (Fullness, hunger return time)
  4. How’s my motivation/focus to start work?
  5. Did my mood shift? (Apathy, drive, anxiety?)

---
IF you think I should state something extra, say it in comments.

Cooking kills nutrients.
Some say that you must cook the in a specific range of temp, but non one consider the fact that how am I supposed to get temp? Moreover, If I fuck up, I will fuck up nutrient too.

Measure it I guess. My father owns something to measure the temp of the steak.

Nigga it won’t change anything ur right but it’s barely gonna make a difference but goodluck let me know how ur experiment goes
Well, it’s more difficult. It depends a on the food, b how dark yuo cook it and c for how long. But ur right, it can barely make a difference.

It’s the same. But if you want it to be all one one, Just comment daily, but if you want it separated, do everytime a new thread.

Yes thanks, btw what’s ur diet like before u started trying this out

if you mean for breakfast:
it was either boiled(very soft) eggs or smth with milk(raw milk).

But if you are asking overall, I can state that I am trying to be extremely attentive to WHAT NOT TO EAT rather than what to eat. I have little time about caring what should I eat. Instead, I just decided what I am not going to eat forever.

those are:
1. rice.
2. pasta.
3. bread product (bakery products).
4. majones, and other fabric made souses.
5. processed sugar. (that is why I firstly decided to add cacao powder, but afterwards changed my mind)

... I do not remember )))

I wanted to use raw milk, but, I will be sincere, I was afraid of this mixture )))

@juzkj What do you think I should ask myself extra? besides those 5 questions

Day 2 – [29.07.2025]
Time taken: [08:30]
Quantity: 300 ml milk + 4 raw eggs.
I did not have bananas so I decided to divide 300ml into 3 parts:
1. No additives (milk + 2 eggs)
2. Added apple (milk + 1 egg + couple of apples)
3. Added pear (milk + 1 egg + couple of pears)

Conclusion: absolutely utterly horse shit ahhahahah. Do not even try them. Bananas are best. You either drink (milk+egg) or (milk+egg+bananas)

Daily questions:
  1. Do I feel more alert/clear-headed or sleepy/foggy?
answer: Little sleepy after wake up. But nothing right after take. For the first times of my life I am not feeling sleepy after eating breakfast :)

As I stated above, and probably will repeatedly in the future, cocktail gives you fullness for 3-4 hours. You know what is most interesting - you are full, but you can eat easily high amount of food after 3-4 hours. This type of fullness is no comparison to fullness after shitty rice, where you literally want to sleep and never eat, regardless of the amount of food eaten. Here, you are full - but not completely full so you are not able to eat - YOU ARE ABLE TO EAT, but you do not feel hungry. You are full for 70-80% - sufficient not to be hungry yet not sleepy.
