Should I be using my normal toothpaste 2x a day or should I be using coconut oil for brushing my teeth 2x a day and then 2 times a week I will mix baking soda into the coconut oil to brush my teeth which one should I do

Coconut oil is not for brushing.Its for oil pulling.Get a natural toothpaste.To whiten the teeth get hydrogen peroxide use pick apply on teeth or 5% water solution and swish for 30 sec

Yes. But coco oil is impossible to use in your mouth unless it's expeller pressed which is heavily processed and makes the product toxic.
