Coconut water isn’t some miracle drinkDoes coconut water actually help on debloat? and is it better to drink it direct from the coconut or to drink the box ones?
but I mean technically it can help. The only thing. That matters when it comes to debloating is just electrolyte balance(ideal ratio for potassium to sodium is 3 to 1 but I would recommend 4-1)Most people have way to much sodium in there diet which fucked your electrolytes. Sodium increases fluid retention which is what makes you appear “bloated”. If you actually wanna debloat stay more hydrated, consume less sodium and make sure your electrolyte balance is good. Long story short, yes coconut water helps but you should focus on other stuffYes it helps. Remember to balance pottasium and sodium so you dont get too much potassium.Does coconut water actually help on debloat? and is it better to drink it direct from the coconut or to drink the box ones?

Coconut water is good for getting in your daily potassium from a natural source, and as long as it is 100% coconut water it does not matter and will be cheaper to just get it boxed unless you want coconut. It won’t fix all your issues though, you need to be under 12% bf (8-10% is most optimal, harder to maintain though), have a low sodium diet (you still need enough though), good water intake, a balanced diet, and a correct fluid homeostasis ratio (check botb thread on debloating).Does coconut water actually help on debloat? and is it better to drink it direct from the coconut or to drink the box ones?
