the effects of coffee are obvious: gives you energy, kills androgen levels and all that. milk is full of saturated fat, which stimulates testosterone production, has calcium which helps bone synthesis and has a bit of protein. you can add sugar if you'd need more energy or even whey protein if you're bold enough. normally at around 4-5pm i drink exactly that and 5pm is the best time to workout because biologically speaking the testosterone levels are at peak and cortisol are at minimum. I'm saying it's theory because I'm not actually sure this is the truth but i don't see any flaws in this logic.
