Your height is 99.9999% genetics, everything else including shit like severe malnutrition/energy restriction is cope. The only thing that has the potential to stunt your height is hypothyroidism.

Way wayyy less than 2 inches, we are talking mms. Its all in your genes. Nutrition etc has only a tiny effect, unless we are talking about prolonged starvation, which even then height/development resumes to reach genetic potential when normal calories are resumed.Partly agree.
A lot of the studies regarding not just height, anything, over here are overblown. Just eat nuts to become 10% BF bro, you get it.
But it is general consensus that proper nutrition and hormonal profile (environment) does somewhat affect your final height, around 2 inches or so.
Still mostly genetic, yes, but not entirely.
The figures vary, but every source I've seen says that environment affects anywhere between 10-30% of one's height difference from average. With the other difference being accounted for by genetics. Again it's a very general figure, and that number would be higher if you're considering an African starving kid.Way wayyy less than 2 inches, we are talking mms. Its all in your genes.
