I don't go to my psychiatrist anymore. They say I'm on the spectrum and that's not true at all. I'm literally meeting 97% of the criteria for being diagnosed as a schizoid.

Don't take caffeine then. I used to tolerate 250mg approximately, but no more. Losing sleep quality isn't worth it.

you can take high doses the problem is you don't have to take it at least 8 hrs before sleep
