I notice that whenever im in a snowy climate my face debloats SIGNIFICANTLY. My coloring also improves due to the redness the cold causes. The place where im from is closer to a mediterranean climate. It seems i am more bloated here and my coloring doesnt provide as much contrast. So basically cold climate=mog. I believe its like constanly icing ur face and its causing lymphatic drainage.
