Idk but i just have a regular hot/warm shower, after im done i just turn the shower to the coldest setting and only rinse my hair and face with super cold water.

personally feel like the cold makes my face less bloated, like my face becomes more firm. personally tho

people also dive their head into iced water to debloat themselves in the morning, so it makes sense

Cold shower does spike a bit of cortisol, however, it should be so much that ur face becomes bloated.

I shower with medium heat and then wash my face with cold water.
