i forgot to post because i was in a hurry to go school.better than first day and i fixed my sleep schedule so im feeling way more energetic.i stood under cold water around 2-3minutes shampoo and just washed my body quickly.it feels like a torture but gives me happiness because i can endure the pain.i recommend it to you guys

ima lowk try it now cause id rather just give my thoughts on it quickly rather than being in a hurry to go to school
the school takes our phones and even if we dont give it theres still like no way to hide it

i just took a cold shower
it wasnt so bad after the first 10 seconds
i first started with lukewarm water cause idk why my ac was cranked down so low i was freezing while naked on the shitter
for the first 30 seconds it was hard to breathe but after my skin felt smoother and tighter
i was expecting it to be pretty bad since i dont have a good cold tolerance im used to my room being around 85 degrees fahrenheit cause the ac in my room doesnt work properly + my pc heating up the room
i should keep doing it it probably has alot of benefits
