dont bother with collagen supplements most of them dont work vitaman c is more worthwhile cus it actually supports collagen synthesis

It depends on how much collagen you're getting from food.

I eat very healthy and I ordered some recently to see if it makes a difference. It probably won't, but you should try every looks max that doesn't do permanent damage and measure your results.
