used to collagen supplements like the ones in the file attached but was pretty inconsistent with it so i dont know if it ever had a visible change. saw a video clav posted the other day talking about how certain collagen peptides just dissolve into amino acids in the stomach and dont actually produce effects and was wondering if there are any legit collagen supps that increase collagen in the face.

if there are, whats the suggested mg dosage?

if you are still in your teenage years and going trough puberty collagen is useless

What does fin have to do with Collagen.

Collagen is the Building block. It dissolve into amino acids but there are different amino acids. So it dissolve nut then ur body get the exact amino acids it need to rebuild Skin collagen

For Collagen to maybe Produce some benefits you need at least 10-20g per day.

So collagen is just a building block and giving it to ur body means ur body has the things it needs to build collagen (but if on a high protein diet generally it doesn’t make a difference i think because u have enough amino acids of any type from just high protein diet)

But to force ur body to put those building blocks into skin collagen u need Accutane and GHKCu

What does fin have to do with Collagen.
dermatologist wouldnt prescribe finasteride if i was in puberty still that was my point, nothin to do with collagen
