thats pretty good thats what I take you dont need a fucking huge supplement stack, although ive also been told to add NAC to my list but I havent

dont straight up use tren with no experience, I would recommend getting a full blood test , Find a good reliable safe source and be careful with ugl's, make sure you can afford to keep running for a while and make sure you have the supplies too. And start low, since youre cope supplement stack mentions gh and test, maybe run gh and test (add a ai if needed) for a first cylce, do research on those compounds and start doses low.

accutane gave me weird leg pains and joint pains and dry eyes and i feel like mag and omega3 helped my acne a bit before sleep
I understand the mag and omega 3 since a good sum of people are deficient in these, but why supplementation in zinc, d3, and k2, most diets even the worst ones aren't deficient in these.

for hopes that its ingreasing my bone healt by 1% or doing something to fix my bad sleep and also for copes
