So apparently bioactive fillers stimulate collagen growth. While the filler itself is broken down over time, the resultant collagen matrix is permanent. My question is what fraction of the initial volume is permanent? If x cc's of bioactive filler are injected, can I expect 0.1x cc's to remain even after, say, 10 years? How much of the initial volume is permanent?

@tesseract said it is like temporary and that ha fillers are irreplaceable

Irreplaceable as in invaluable? I know that most of the HA would degrade over time. It supposedly induces collagen synthesis though, and that's what I'm curious about.

as an option among fillers everything else is like 2nd rate in comparison

you can take collagen peptides and HA tablets
I take collagen and vitamin C as part of my health regimen. I got a periorbital fat graft a little while ago, but I think that it's just going to serve as an increase in baseline, and HA fillers will be used for the detail work.
