what will be the effects of them on my face e.g. increased bonemass?

I've never used it but its supposed to be good. I don't really know doesn't it just come in its raw form? Keep in mind that the benfits from this stuff isn't just gonna happen, you have to already eat a decent diet with healthy foods and enviroment.

I have these but I doubt your goanna gain major if any height or bone mass from consuming, but there isn't any downsides. Better off supplementing with D3 + K2 and eating foods that have some sort of bioavailable igf1.

i dont think theres any foods with much igf1 apart from raw milk, tell me if theres others foods high in igf1

Almost all dairy have some sort of bioavailability but raw milk has the highest. High protein intake is also related to increase height so eat your meat.

Real focus would be High D3 and K2 intake and spamming milk if you aren't goanna get on anything.

im currently taking 5000IU of D3, 180mg K2 and 1000mg calcium (no dairy bc acne). is that an ok amount?
and i searched it up, it says colostrum is better than raw milk.

Thats good, but look into the ratios needed to take 10,000IUs cause I remember a study on how it was beneficial asf.
Colostrum obviously is better then raw milk but thats talking about it in its liquid unpasteurised form. The colostrum power is pasteurised then dried so its nutritional content has decreased (less then raw milk I'd assume).

If you're getting it from a "chemist" then I imagine it's not even the real thing, just go to a farmer's market. Either way, it's going to do absolutely NOTHING for your face, even if it's healthy.

All around thats pretty low but it is still something ig. Your better off sourcing genuine raw milk and colostrum from an actual dairy farmer or see if woolies sells raw milk (apparently some do but I've never seen it).

Yeah, but it shouldn't be too hard to get raw milk because they're are way too many dairy farmers so I'm sure you could ask for some or lie about the usage to get some.

Since you are scared of needles tho genuinely buy a jaw trainer and start chewing on both of your premolars, 10k IU D3 and 180mcg K2 (No calcium supps), drink a fuck ton of milk and eat a bunch of protein. Make sure to take the sups with some fatty food for better absorption. Thats most softmaxs for facial bone mass.

if your chewing with your Central Incisors then you could but if you chew with your premolars you aren't gonna recess your jaw. Unless your gonions are strong then don't but if they aren't then hypertrophy of the masseters will give you a more dyphormic look (bigger gonions appearance and stronger jaw). Ontop of this you should obviously be hard mewing and breathing only through your nose.

Acne wise just start a low dose of Accutane (10mg every other day (obviously calculate your dose)) and i assume u alr know how to manage skincare wise.
