Combating low mood/motivation on a cut?

Seriously committed to my weight cut but the low mood/motivation has been debilitating lately. I'm doing heavy lifts w/ decent volume 6 days a week and 1 day is all accessory/lagging muscle groups, 30 min Stairmaster a day min. I'm at a daily macro of 2100kcal w/ ~170lb protein (almost poverty cals but need to cut this low to lose fat).

Do I retatrutide max? Adderall max? FFS I'm exhausted.
 
height and weight and activity level?

eat nutrient dense shit, beef etc. not shit like chicken breast which is basically pure protein

pick up amino energy, I would take that as my energizer for the day, I didn't use as a pick me up though because I noticed I crashed more often. also greek yogurt and blueberry with honey gave me enough energy as well, was so filling due to the volume and calories and energizing that I would often accidently skip meals just cause I wasn't that hungry after
