Can it have same effect as L2 / L3 + is it possible to combine the two on a single surgery?

what is needed then to move the maxilla + orbit anteriorly? without implants

yes but this isn't the main problem, the cut is too low

The cut can be modified for more masculinization so the whole "I didn't ask for rounded female cheekbones" does not happen.

I haven't seen a modification that mobilises the lateral rim

Where does this myth come from ? Nothing prevents the zygos from being attached in a more anterior manner after the cut

This girl had LF1 + ZSO

I literally spoke to one of the surgeons on this site personally about his opinion on ZSO and he was the one who told me that.

what about quadrangular lefort 1

High L looks interesting

For the result her infraorbitals still are recessed which now looks weird
Still looks better I think, and anyway I wouldn't want to mess with my infraorbitals, don't wanna end up with dry eyes syndrome or anything just for looks. Fillers are a good solution for undereye I think

It should do the trick for zygos advancement, so sad we can't do CCW with such a high cut
Lefort 1 impaction + high Lefort 1 can't create a ccw?

But you have to do 2 ops nah ? Like you get the high lefort 1 first, it heals, then you do the low LF1 w ccw later ?
Or is there a blackpilled enough surgeon that'll do both in one go ? :lul:

If you want to imitate a lefort 3 without the risk get a bimax with infraorbital malar implants. This is the closes to a lefort 3 without the risks.

Might as well get almond eye surgery with a bimax.
