combined skin therapy of tretinoin and hydrocortisone?

i plan on using hydrocortisone to thin my cartilage and i hear it can help the effects with tretinoin of irritation and dry skin.
i'll supplement ashwagandha to reduce high cortisol.
im using a 1mm derma stamp once a week so far
cleansing, hyaluronic acid, retinol and beef tallow moisturizer
What can i add or do to optimize benefits.

just had skin peeling for a couple days on tret jus moisturise
hyrdocortisone has helped little but i hear Betamethasone is better for effects
and yes use both just dont put tret on nose or near mouth
