Combining ADHD Medications Experiences and Advice?

Has anyone had experience combining ADHD medications? I’m from Germany, so I can’t get Adderall prescribed, but I have Medikinet (methylphenidate), Elvanse (lisdexamfetamine), and Attentin (dexamfetamine). I’m planning to try different combinations of these medications to get the maximum benefit for myself. I’m also considering taking them together with Semax and Selank to see if that improves the effects. Does anyone have experience with this or a guide?

The Elvanse (lisdexamfetamine) literally breaks down into what Adderall is dextroamphetamine. Personally don't do a Semax Selank combo. Take them separately when needed. They work a whole lot better independently imo. Keep doing research and take others advice into consideration too I'm grey so what do I know.

I'm visiting my psychiatrist in 3 weeks, which one of these did you have the best experience with?
I'm thinking between getting Medikinet and Elvanse (Attentin isn't available here i think).
Elvanse is like 6x more expensive but i have a huge exam in 2 months (like your Abitur) and i want the best focus, would Elvanse be worth the cost difference?
I heard it's stronger than methylphenidate because it breaks down directly into amphetamine

I would personally definitely recommend Elvanse. I had a lot of problems with Medikinet. I think its probably best if you try both.

Medikinet keeps dopamine in the brain, whereas Elvanse release it, as far as I know.

i don't really have motivation issues so modafinil should be good with improving focus but later on i'm planning on getting something stronger like elvanse

I think i'll ask for elvanse and i hope the psych doesnt reject it, considering medikinet is usually the first choice, did you have to ask for it specifically?

It works well. Personally, I have problems with the rebound effect, but it’s different for everyone. I personally had a lot of trouble with Medikinet, so it’s best if you try it out yourself.

Did you have to ask specifically for Elvanse, and did you have a say in what they give you since the beginning?
That's why I'm also considering getting my hands on addy if those will not work that great for me, especially when i want the bigger boost.

Adderall is probably always the best, but I first had to try Medikinet and then I could use Elvanse. But I think it depends on the psychiatrist.

Several different medicines. Elvanse is basically the same as Attentin, just longer-lasting, and Medikinet will be prescribed for almost everyone before that, which is why I have even more of it still at home.
