I don't believe a human looks at it, I genuinely believe it's all automated by AI. The AI just checks the persons resume, checks work experience, and logs it. Then from everyone it logged, it sends out interviews to the people who have the most experience and meet above the criteria listed in the job role.

Same shit in Uni, you really believe they're looking at over 100,000+ applications a year there?

Another thing is you can't fraud grades to get into Uni, however what you can do is fraud to get jobs.

HR and departments just don't have time to sift through applicants.

I know it's absolutely brutal applying to jobs. It's always has on it always will be. I think it's a lot harder now than it was during my days as a grad. And I think it's going to be a lot harder in the future too.

The job market for what I do is complete dogshit compared to 5-10 years ago, all of the good jobs are taken now, including by me but if I wanted to make a move I probably couldn’t. And what I do is barely even considered skilled labor. This is an era of desperation.
