There is absolutely no incentive to rate people anymore, considering greys post themselves one time, and then log off forever. No reputation is to be acquired by rating people and if you do put in effort and you rate people you end up looking like an idiot with your ptr ratio and nobody takes you seriously. I for one know i would rate people far more often if it didnt negatively affect my account. Could we potentially in the future see a new stat for how many times you have rated people, like reputation, so it feels like there is a point to rating people? Thanks and please consider @Mods
