my lower/middle third is crooked, with my chin and nose going off to one direction and my jaws, smile and lips all at an angle. Ive seen a lot of good results from raffaini and intend to see him as well as alfaro after im done with mse some time next year. ive seen really top results from him including for what i want ie bimax and rhino to fix a crooked face. however, im also moderately recessed and have a deviated septum, and im wondering if its realistic to expect jaw progression, ccw and septoplasty at the same time as realigning the jaw and straightening the nose from the front to correct the asymmetry? that seems like a lot for one procedure? is it possible to do bimax twice? and would it be a good idea to do septoplasty separately?

apparently i do but its only really lower third+nose, which is a total mess. my eyes and im pretty sure cheekbones (not very prominent) are level but crooked nose and unilateral ptosis; asymmetric eyebrows makes them look a bit off, but theyre not the issue. 99% sure at a bone level its just nose and jaw which is wonky

oh yeah i remember its you. sorry brother i forgot
haha np. what do you think about the question in the post? is it too much for one procedure?
