lol thanks man but I just feel like they don't actually mean it and are just trying to make me feel better. For example today 4 people said that I look so much better and ask what I did obv said nothing much and 2 people I knew before said they couldn't recognise me at all deep in my heart I feel like I look the exact same doubt I'll ever overcome that feeling
