I noticed this after getting a wagecuck job a few months ago.

Most people seem to be extremely insecure, can't make eye contact, have social anxiety, are beta as fuck, falsely think everyone hates them, and are super in their own head.

One of the few people at my job who is confident is a 5'4 mixed (white/curry) manlet. He's hyper NT, normie as fuck, cracks jokes all the time, is nice to people and smiles, and everyone loves him. He's also stylemaxxed with a tattoo sleeve, ear rings, a bunch of jewelery, and dresses well.

He's even got a gf. She's not a 9/10 Stacey, but she isn't fat and has a cute face so that's better than 90% of guys I know.

The final blackpill is that looks are overrated to living a happy life, confidence and good self-esteem is everything.

If you go outside to the mall or grocery store you can regularly see manlets, LTNs, and other average/below average guys in relationships.

I'll admit tinder is brutal but only because men are so horny so every mid girl gets thousands of matches and the only way to filter 1000 options that you don't know and have no connection to is by looks. However, something like 6% of the U.S population is on tinder.

Most people meet their gf's through work, high school, college, social circle, friends of friends, etc. You can only make friends with people in these environments if you are confident and have high self-esteem which almost no one here has.

Currently the most looksmaxxed I’ve ever been (lean, gymcelled, two full sleeve tattoos, great hair and always dressed well), and the confidence/dopamine it gives me is ridiculous.

I believe they do. magicmushrooms unliks lsd are proven to make permanent changes in terms of neurogenesis and amygdala activity which indirectly gonna make you much more stable emotionally. They didnt " cure" me at that time though. It just became clear for me that im mentally ill and if i want to have any success in life i need to cure that shit asap. Turned out my mental ilnesses were cuased by shitty physiology- my gut. candida overgrowth caused bloating/adhd/anxiety/depression. Can be treated with hardcore antibiotics+diet with no sugar/fast carbs.
But everybody is diffirent - for some people just 1 big trip (3.5g+) can cause life lasting changes. For others even microdosing would compeltely cure their anxiety/depression.

pure speculation. stumbled upon one guy on a forum who also tried 30+ drugs but never got completely cured... until he got some gut infection and in a hospital received antibiotic (cyplox). In 5 days hes gut infection dissapeared but also hes 10 years+ social anxiety and depression.

I got curious, started googling diffirent gut diceases then can trigger it and quikly realised its candida. White tongue, perma bloating, acne that constantly appears after heavy feast and 24/7 brain fog+ social anxiety. After 3+ days of anti candida diet all symptoms dissapeared. I dont really know if you can cure it with just diet only. Its specualted that you need to adhere for it religiously at least for 2+ years and i never done that because i constantly eat some shitty food once a week or two.
