Facial attractiveness matters but body language is the real multiplier.
Two guys with the same face wont be perceived the same if one moves like he’s uncomfortable in his own skin. Stiff posture, guarded movements, rushed speech, all of that reads as low status before anyone consciously evaluates facial features.
This is why some average looking guys do better than better looking ones.
