How can I improve my confidence? I'm hyper ND and every time I watch clav videos i relate to him so much, my social anxiety is so high im stressing in school while just walking in corridor. In classroom when teacher asks me to answer the question i usually just say im not ready to not open my mouth. I feel like everyone is looking at me and laughing :feelswhy:

I mean clav proved being ND doesn’t mean shit if u look good half the shit he says to women would even be enough to put a mtn under the jail cells

clav isn’t ND, he can hold a conversation. Acting Eccentric doesn’t automatically mean neurodivergent and nonfunctional socially

Nootropics are definitely a good fix. But if you’re actually ugly or a step away from goodlooking/mid, the process of improving your looks could help if it’s not actually your brain that’s wiring you to have true social anxiety. Look into nootropics on here for sure though I’m sure you know selank, it’s one of many and helps with this problem.

Also my parents brothers etc. has very good charisma and low inhib so i dont think that its genetics

The way I see it you have two paths with confidence:

You have Path A: Pharma

Path B: Internal Work

I would suggest going down Path B: understand the nature behind your social anxiety. There is likely underlying trauma and years of it built up within you. I suggest journaling and breaking your social anxiety down into first principles then coming back to me.

He’s clearly nd tho hard to tell cause he’s chad but if u look at him and picture a subhuman or a normie laughing randomly like he does saying random shit out of context it looks autistic asf especially when he’s at a public setting

He himself admits he’s autistic

It’s not a confidence issue but social anxiety, and to fix it is by consistently doing small things you’d normally avoid so your brain learns there’s no real threat.
