How to get confidence to go the gym?

Okay so my gym is small there arent many ppl mostly 40 year old moms. Yet my hair is long and always messy, the only way my hair looks good is when I wash it with water until its completely wet, then only dry it a little, like super little bit with the towel (hair gets so dry when i use towel) and then I use a curl definer conditioner or what its called
The problem, the waves need time to get wavy and until then my hair is wet and saggy for the next 2 hours.
Its always so much effort and I only want to go to the gym so i dont see the point in going through all that.
When I dont do that routine, my hair becomes a mess and really volumous and frizzy and I look like an electrocuted homeless guy.

What easy fix can I do?

I know and i am aware that the 40 year old moms and other ppl dont give a fuck about my appearance, yet I still cant get the nerves to get outside looking like this.
Im on vyvanse, it doesnt make me more low inhib, not really

When you rip out one of my hairs its type 2b-2c (wavy)
but when i wash it it looks between curly and wavy hair, more like spaghetti, its not curly hair, the curls are long and weak, one wind blow and it turns into straight hair

Wet ur hair dry it out a little with the towel put in the conditioner and go to the gym by tine u get there and finish working out ur hair will look fine

Istg bro it's not that deep, go there, lift your weights and go home there's NOTHING to be anxious about. When I went to the gym for the 1st time I was a skinny fat bitch and nobody made fun of me or even looked at me. If you want advice for the lifting itself we can talk in dm's

DNR but if you want advice, people dont give a single fuck about what others are doing in the gym, you can be lifting 0,5kg dumbbells and people won’t even notice

Wet ur hair dry it out a little with the towel put in the conditioner and go to the gym by tine u get there and finish working out ur hair will look fine
Aslong as u do the process ur brain already expects the result so by jst going u can trick ur self into thinking its going to look good fast or it already looks good

Okay, but understand that im not overreacting, the hair doesnt look slightly bad, it looks homeless and dirty when i dont do the stuff

okay i dont want to make the hair shorter. the main problem is
when i dont make the hair wet then the hair is super long and a lot of volume

is there an easy fix to do this without drowning (yes i have to normally) my hair in water?
 
Fang an zu sparen und leg dir ein home-gym zu, oder frag deine Eltern. War echt ein game changer für mich. Hat mehrere Vorteile. :feelspanties:
