I see many people recommend oxycontin 160mg for a night out, but oxycontin is a controlled release over 12 hours, why not just go for an immediate release version.
Immediate release takes 1-2h to reach peak whereas controlled release can take up to 6 hours for peak.

And is oxycodone just a confidence booster? does anyone know what the feeling is like and how a pain killer brings about that feeling

i mean like you can fall asleep with the effect no?

it would def interfere with sleep. its a pain killer. it causes shallow breathing. thats risky. and also controlled release pain killers cant be cut or split to get specific dosages or it will just immediate release and overdose. it literally makes no sense to take controlled release, other than maybe the smoother release meaning the peak and crash isnt as obvious?

I’ve dealt with this type of stim before, but it was perscribed so I didn’t have to tgink about, but I always opted for the long lasting dose rather than the quick pill

ADHD meds, Ritalin, I had the choice between the quick ones (1-3 hour effects) or
concentra/ritalin RA, it had a big downside tho appetite, so I took it very early so that I was hungry around dinner time.
