Confused: Why mix vasodilators like L-cit and cialis with vasoconstrictors like caffeine and dmaa? Dont they cancel each other out

im not retarded i swear, but when you take vasodilators like l-cit you make ur blood vessels bigger and get a better pump, but when u take a stimulant like dmaa doesnt it constrict the blood vessels, therefore cancelling both effects out?

Some1 explain plsthx

Solution
Norwegian LTN
They work in different ways, L-citrulline works by increasing NO production and cialis work by inhibiting PDE-5 which means they can be stacked. Caffeine has a small vasoconstriction effect. Pre workout’s use both because the vasodilation by citrulline is greater than the vasoconstriction by caffeine (at appropriate dosages).
For best vasodilation the best option is to not use any vasoconstrictors

u said the right thing, constricts blood vessels, raises blood pressure if you're looking for for a good pump you shouldn't be using stimulants. theoretically there's no benefit to the pump for gains, and it might even harm them because it limits the muscle's force production.

Cell swelling does cause cell growth.
However there is many factors involved in muscle growth
