I almost have the funds ready and I am seriously considering LF3, I am planning to get a consultation with @RealSurgerymax .

My flaws:
-bug eyes, I have probably the worst eye area in this forum, people have mentioned my eyes all my life. Negative canthal tilt, upper eyelid exposure, negative orbital vector, eye bags, I got it all.
-flat maxilla, results in no eye area support too
-recessed mandible but recession isn't so bad.

I have other flaws like a large nose but LF3 won't address this. A simple rhino can fix this.

Since I have such extreme flaws, I have decided to take the most invasive route. My bad looks is seriously ruining my quality of life and my mental health

Though I have almost made my mind up on this, is there anyone that can give me some real insight on whether I am being a complete retard with my decision?

I have thought about implants but I don't want a plastic/augmented look, I want my bones to be moved forward. I'd only want supraorbital rim implants for my eyes but not other areas of my face.

Greatly appreciate any good input.

Dm face. Unless ur literally deformed u don’t need lf3. LF1+ midface implants will be more than enough (again unless ur giga deformed).

Here's a helpful tip, don't, even if you are slightly recessed bimax (le fort 1) is not worth it

What do you consider slight recession in mm, roughly?

If you're really that recessed (knowing this forum, I doubt it somehow) then be careful.
This is a very big operation so I wouldn't opt for it lightly.

Do you have any scans you can share. Ideally a lateral cephalogram of your maxilla?
nope zero scans, I do plan to get them soon.

I personally would find it difficult to figure out what I'd need from a scan, I can get one done and then post it on the forum. What scan should I get?

A CBCT scan of the face and a lateral cephalogram.

3-5mm's maybe, but le fort 2/3 are for cases that are 8mm's+
But by slight recession where it's not actually needed, 1-2 mm's at max.
