In my opinion. It's probably the way I am cause I don't do shit consistently

There's no point in dieting the whole week if on the weekend you binge out on twinkies and hot dogs.

No point in applying skincare to your face if you only do it for a few weeks and stop.

No point in working out for 2 weeks if you quit for a month

Etc.
You feel me?

You gotta do shit consistently until it becomes routine and you've done it long enough you see results

Yes exactly. I’ve noticed in the last few months that being consistent is key. You do a little every day and it adds up to big results

indeed they wont. dieting or gymcelling consistently would be an utter joke to ppl who are motivated enough to get esoteric procedures, but those ppl are a minority of the userbase. ppl who dont have the discipline wont change just from reading a thread, theyll continue to be the same way forever.

Consistency seems to the missing variable that is the case for workouts, skincare, even doing your homework and getting good grades. Its like all these normies who make new years resolutions to go to the gym and get in shape but then after a month or two they start going less, taking days off, until eventually they barely work out. If you dont have the motivation and self control, then you cant do it. I am just honest with myself. I can work out but I cant do some intense 3 hours a day routine with a strict diet. Maybe I could do it for a month but I would fail after that. So instead of wasting my time and trying to convince myself that I am better than I really am, I just do what I know I can do and leave it at that

Leanmaxxing is brutal. Tried for the past 2 years and still couldn't lose an ounc of fat. Ironically cause I'd do it for a week or two then stop.

Only way I'm losing weight is through sports

It's why I cage when lazycels say everything is cope. It's only cope if your not consistent. Example "gym is cope man" says the skinny fat retard who made his 100th post for the day, progressing in nothing in life.

Because is very true, for anti aging maxxing.
Consistency moggs. I see it with myself. I didn't even do any looksmaxxing untill 35. But always stayed below 20% bf, not bingeing on alcohol and drugs alot, decent lifestyle health wise.
And now at, 37. mogging aged peers in looks. Because they had no constistency. They either got fat, or wrinkled due to smoking etc.. or got health problems due to lifestyle and beer/drugs induced health downsides. While I haven't seen a doctor since car accident at 11 years old. And healthy and looking 20-something. While being looks maxxing low effort untill 35.

Only thing that saved me, unintentionally, in those first 35 years. In 20/20 hindsight.

These 2 man, are ultimate consistency pill examples.
It's much harder, if somone goed to normal, to fat, and than back. and shit lifestyle health wise, to healthy, and bakc and fort. It's not good.

Also have to stay consistent with finasteride intake. I’m almost 31 now and I still have 10-14 years olds drool over me (gymmaxxed prettyboy). I look 22.

I personally feel, like. "80% rule"; is pretty legit.
Because it's impossible, to life good/perfect consistently in routine. And life happens, so sometimes there is slack.
But if one keeps it good, and do it, 70-80% of the time. Than one is good. And not do really unhealthy stuff (binge drinking, drugs, etc..) alot or like maybe 1 time per month maxx orso.

Than one has good consistency imo. already.

Than to Life, a 100% lifestyle for 1 year. Than a sucky getting fat lifestyle for 1 year. And than 100% lifestyle for 1 year. And Than a sucky getting fat lifestyle for 1 year. aka jojo-ing.
