In my opinion. It's probably the way I am cause I don't do shit consistently
There's no point in dieting the whole week if on the weekend you binge out on twinkies and hot dogs.
No point in applying skincare to your face if you only do it for a few weeks and stop.
No point in working out for 2 weeks if you quit for a month
Etc.

You gotta do shit consistently until it becomes routine and you've done it long enough you see results
