Constant gh vs pulses/spikes

I still don’t know what is truly correct
Abt 50% of the time i see people say that it’s better to spike ur gh and that u don’t want it to constantly be elevated
Then the other 50% says the opposite and that you should always have ur gh elevated

What’s better
To me it makes more sense to always want it to be elevated but idk I’m not that tapped in with the research

Mk constantly has ur levels elevated
Something like cjc+ipa does spikes

Also what I’d like to add, is that pulses need daily multiple injections (2-3) on average, and Hgh needs only one. This will just be fk annoying if u got school/work
