constant headaches while bonesmashing

I've been bonesmashing pretty consistently for a while I don't completely smash my head in, but I definitely hit hard enough that I feel it, bc of this almost every session I have a kinda brutal headache.

the headaches usually start 5-10 minutes into a 20 min session and spread behind my eyes. I don't get dizzy or anything, but it's getting annoying enough that I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

wondering if it's normal or if I'm doing something wrong.
