Constant runny nose and headaches

i cant remember the last time i didnt have a runny nose and i always have this headache thats very mild and feels more like just pressure in my head if that makes sense, things like nasal spray or fever meds dont do anything

Any recommendations before i go consult a doctor?

Might have something to do with sleep habits or what?
