Insulin tells the kidneys when to hold on to sodium and water.
Tho potassium does help insulin resistance Ig lol. But if youre bloated its probably insulin resistance and the culprit is sugar.

Potassium deficiency may contribute to water retention but that doesn't imply that excess potassium has a greater effect than sufficient amounts of it. That's just not how the body works

I still haven't gotten my blood test results since they were in contact with my mom. I'll go retrieve them, but i don't know who to be in contact with next? If i keep calling they might think i'm schizo, when i really need meds. I got a standard blood test btw
