Not even 2k calories, If i try to eat healthy, its very very filling. no appetite. I eat 4 millet roti + any indian curry. daily in 2 meals. Sometimes cannot even eat that. Very very filling, can go long time without eating and no hunger.

I will try this. Quality of chinese milk is also concerning. But it probably will fail. Transporting fresh milk every week from china will probably be expensive.

Why

Because most who do in hong kong, are able to do so sharing a shitty flat with 5 other ppl. Unless u have high income.
