even a thought arising is random or based on previous stuff

anyway, that there is no control is like water is wet. there is not "you" that is in control or not actually, ure just a process, or maybe it is, your senses?. your senses are not being in control, theyre vulnebrable to bad shit all the time. cant describe it well but this feels right to me

I thought about something simmilar in a thinking session 2 weeks ago. You never make a decision by yourself there's just information you gathered and you select what seems best. Your life can drastically change from a single thought. One thought isn't just one thought since it leads to another and it just keeps going. But you could also relate this to your physical appearance. If one of my eyes were to be blue, I probably wouldn't be on this site. So many things would be affected by a tiny change in eye color.
Now personally, I don't even think I'm real. Why would I be? Where's the proof that I am indeed in charge? Am I actually thinking? Or am I just a puppet here to enjoy the show?

Yeah whenever I think too much I normally feel like nothing is real for a bit and ig it's called depersonalization/derealization disorder

Yeah life sucks but the copes help ig but once the cope is over then it's sad cuz you gotta return to the suffering.

Have you ever tried to look into christianity or other religions? Personally, it's helped me cope and find meaning but rn I went back to doomer stuff

yeah its all about coping to distract urself.

yeah ive sadly looked into a lot but they dont persuade me at all. esp christianity. eastern religion/philosophy also seems bs to me but they have gotten some things right i guess.
