Control your facial expressions to minimize wrinkle development

As most of you know collagen and elastin loss creates skin aging, however another important overlooked part of it is facial expression.

The more you create folds on your skin during the day by expressing the face, the more small damage is done to those areas in the skin. Crows feet is perfect example.

Solutions:

1.Botox

2.Face control. Its not hard to be honest, I now have to pay effort to actually be expressive, than not. Pay special attention in gym, u dont need to create those ugly ass scrunched faces during exercise to actually get results, I litterally dont create a single movement in my face during workout.

Also being more serious and cold helps with appearing more Dark Triad, so its a bonus.

like genuinely this is awful advice. chads are usually smiley asl or do tons of facial expressions :ROFLMAO: "just don't be urself and fake a whole persona to appeal to others bro:forcedsmile:"

I do it mainly to avoid creating folds in the skin.
