Converting to back sleeping

Do any of you have experience with changing sleeping positions? I'm a lifelong side sleeper and I've been trying to sleep on my back for ages. I legit lay awake on my back all night forcing myself to stay that way but I cannot fall asleep REEEEEEE

Back sleep doesn't work for me. I need to sleep in Bed Fucking position. On my chest, legs spread and straddling, cheek against the pillow.

i am left side sleeper for the past 20+ years, if i cant fall a sleep on back, i try sleep to the right side
