Cope or not?- jaw trainers(14yearsold)

Are jaw trainers cope,I am looking to try to mitigate the appearance of my downward grown mandible and my terrible ccw roataion and tonal angle by hard chewing,keeping in mind I am in development as I'm going through puberty coukd this help improve the precisely stated features?or is it cope.i am aware it'll grow my master muscles.

Remember to chew on the premolars idk if its good for you tho

Will probably make you bloated and give you tmj. just chew food like a normal person.

Bloating is temp,if it grows my master muscles enough it could support bones during development no?

Bloating is temp,if it grows my master muscles enough it could support bones during development no?
When i say bloating i dont mean it literally. I mean that since the masseters hyperthrophy it will make your face look bloated isntead of defined.

Thought so that's still a positive thing tho
Not always, a lot of times it just end up making you look bloated as fuck.

If you have:
-A tall ramus
-Low-set masseters
-Inward gonions

You should consider training them, if not, just dont do it

I used them a while ago I'm not too worried abt tmj tbh,I know it sounds ignorant and stupid but I've never got it and I used to use this alot

Oh god I've been getting them mixed up the whole time,won't chewing with the front teeth cause a lot of issues?

These are the premolars, from what i know chewing with them helps with ccw rotation. Take it with a grain of salt tho i cant find any studies on it, ill be doing it myself tho when i get my trainers:Okay:

Exactly! Dont overdo it tho since it can cause tmj and jaw problems. I would recommend 10-15 minutes 3-4 times a week and then remember to also chew on the premolars when eating real food!:Okay:

But as i mentioned there are no real studies on it so i dont even think i would recommend it
I'm just gna experiment becaus realisticly I can't get much worse💔🥹
