copper supplementation for skin

does anybody have any experience in supplementing copper for better skin, i’ve heard it works but not too sure. anybody have experience in this?

probably 1% copper 99% finasteride. but yea copper is basically proven to have positive effects topically, but i’m wondering if an oral supplement would help in any way
