Cortisol destroyed my under eyes , any advice?

No surgical method to get my under eyes back? They got destroyed in 2018 at the age of 18.
They recovered a bit in 2021, then got worse again after I had covid 2 times


I‘m doing dermastamping since one week with 0.25mm.
Sleep doesn‘t help much

Maybe gaining 10kg of fat/weight? I‘m only 70kg
