i had one of the worst weeks of my life during the last week of november (final exams, dealing with leaving long time gf of 7 months, bad sleep, overall shit) nd painful ass hormonal acne started spawning quickly. did everything to soothe my nerves, sleep good, and watch my meals and it faded/got less painful in a matter of days. live happily always

I got hormonal acne at a young age so I don’t really have to worry much. I only have to worry about processed sugar and hog slop school food for my skin
