Cortisol spike because of school

I'm 17 and im getting my A-levels this year.
I'm from germany and i think i'll have an average of 2.4 or sum
I don't even want to paycheck slave, or even go to college, but i'm still cortisol spiking about it i don't know why...
Any thoughts on ts?
