1. It's not sustainable. The skin thinning effect comes from overusing it. It'll relapse once you stop using it.

2. Dermatologists avoid using glucocorticoids (hydrocortisone, etc) on the face for a reason.
Especially prolonged use can lead to telangiectasias. Those don't go away unless professionally treated.

you sound like a brand new fag just joined in 2023 thinking you know shit. i registered back in 2021 when this place was actually good. cortisone shots can help with inflammation and some ppl use it to shrink their noses but ofc the effects are temporary and stopping is wise after several sessions if you feel it's working at all. telangiectasias aren't even that bad, laser removal or IPL are easy fix like a 5 min procedure. newfaggy thread title btw. stop bumping with shitty responses when u r just as clueless. go touch some grass
